Esther Cassidy, CRNA, is a seasoned Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist, collaborating with Dr. Bland since 2016. Her expertise lies in aiding patients with dental phobias, delivering top-notch anesthesia care in a secure and nurturing environment. This ensures patients access the necessary dental services free from anxiety and discomfort.

Since becoming a CRNA in 2016, Esther has been an integral part of various medical settings, including hospitals, surgery centers, and private practices. Her leadership roles have ranged from Chief of Anesthesiology to Clinical Coordinator for nurse anesthesiology doctoral candidates. Her career is marked by accolades such as the "CRNA of the Year" from Liberty Anesthesia, the "Matthew DiNardo" Award & Scholarship for her academic and clinical prowess, and the "Clinical Excellence Award" from St. Helena Hospital during her RN training.

Before specializing in nurse anesthesiology, Esther garnered over eight years of experience as an RN in demanding areas like ER/Trauma, ICU, and cardiac care. Her educational journey began with an Associate of Science from Pacific Union College, followed by a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of North Carolina Wilmington and a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of North Carolina Greensboro.

Credentials and Certifications

Esther's qualifications include board certification in nurse anesthesia by the NBCRNA, membership in the American Association of Nurse Anesthesiology, RN and APRN licensure by the North Carolina Board of Nursing, and certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS.
